About Red Cedar Farms Shih Tzus:
Red Cedar Farms is a small, caring breeder of Shih-Tzu puppies, located in rural Minnesota. We have been dedicated to uniting very special dogs with loving, responsible owners for more than 12 years. We are committed to raising healthy, personable puppies for people who desire to add a loving pet to their families.
Our puppies are raised in a loving environment and socialized with our 4 children, my husband Bill, and myself. Our puppies are handled from the moment they are born, which helps to set the foundation for a wonderful family companion that will provide your family with many years of love, joy, companionship and fun. Our Shih-Tzu puppies display a wonderful variety of colors and sizes.
Shih Tzu Puppy Health Information:
As responsible Shih Tzu breeders, the health, wellbeing and longevity of our Shih Tzu puppies, as well as the ultimate satisfaction of our puppy buyers are our first concerns. We take careful measures to ensure that our dogs are healthy and free from genetic disorders prior to breeding, and that the Shih Tzu puppies we produce are healthy and happy.
Adults regularly vet checked and screened for health problems.
Puppies vet checked, vaccinated and de-wormed before being placed with new families.
Potty training from 5 weeks of age.
1 year health guarantee as detailed at the time of sale.
When our puppies are ready to go home with you, they will have had their 5-Way puppy shot, two vaccinations for Parvo, and their worming medicines. Red Cedar Farms guarantees the health of your puppy against any congenital or hereditary defect up to one year after you bring your puppy home.
Shih Tzu Puppy Buyer Requirements:
When it comes to placing our Shih Tzu puppies with their new owners, we are careful to ensure that potential buyers are able to offer a good home where the puppy will receive the care, attention, nutrition, exercise and veterinary care that it needs in order to live an long, happy and healthy life. Potential buyers must be able to provide adequate exercise, human contact and social interaction (Our puppies love to be taught tricks and are very fast learners!)
Our commitment to our puppies does not end when you take your Shih-Tzu puppy home. If at any time during your dogs life you have any questions regarding your dog, or need assistance in placing your dog with a new owner because you can no longer take care of or keep your dog, please feel free to contact us. We will do our absolute best to help you with whatever concern or need that arises. We are happy to provide our new puppy owners with any advice and support that may be needed, and we love to stay in touch with our Shih-Tzu pups after they leave us for their new homes!
