About Buttehill Kennels Reg'd Yorkshire Terriers
Welcome to Buttehill Kennels Reg'd Yorkshire Terriers of Paradise Hill, Saskatchewan, Canada - just outside of the city of Lloydminister, which borders the provinces of Alberta and Saskatchewan. Buttehill Kennels Reg'd Yorkshire Terriers specializes in producing charming, adorable, healthy and beautiful Yorkie puppies that bring plenty of joy and companionship to the families into which they are placed. Our Yorkies are lovingly raised in a beautiful, heated kennel where they are properly spoiled and carefully socialized. Our country kennel provides our dogs and puppies with a spacious outdoor area where they can run and play in the fresh country air and sunshine. We endeavor to produce a Yorkshire Terrier puppy that closely adheres to the Canadian Kennel Club breed standard in health, appearance and temperament. Our Yorkshire Terriers are CKC registered. We are proud to be members of the Canadian Kennel Club and the Yorkshire Terrier Club of Canada. Whether for pet or show, our healthy, happy puppies will provide your family with many years of joy and companionship. Puppies are also available on occasion to selected breeding homes.
As responsible, experienced breeders, the health, longevity and well-being of our dogs and puppies - and the ultimate satisfaction of our puppy buyers - are our first concerns. Our Yorkshire Terriers are regularly vet checked and carefully screened for health problems. Puppies are vet checked, vaccinated and dewormed before being placed in their new homes, and we stand behind the health of our puppies with a comprehensive health guarantee, details of which are provided at the time of sale. Companion puppies are to be spayed or neutered at the appropriate age.
In placing our puppies, our goal is to find the very best homes for them that we possibly can. We look for responsible, knowledgeable Yorkshire Terrier buyers that are ready, willing and able to accept the responsibilities that go along with Yorkshire Terrier ownership. These are very special (and very small) dogs, and they need special care and consideration. A securely fenced yard is a must, as is the time, facilities and resources to provide for a puppy's needs. Whether for pet or show, we want each puppy to have a long, happy and healthy life with a loving family. We love to stay in touch with our new "extended" family members, and are happy to provide any advice and support that you may need as you adjust to life with your new Yorkshire Terrier puppy.
We sincerely hope that all of our puppy placements are in "forever homes", but in the event that our buyers are unable to keep their Yorkie for any reason, we prefer to be contacted so that we can take the puppy back or assist in finding a suitable new home. Our puppies must never end up in a shelter or rescue!
